Microsoft again has launched another low-end Windows Phone, the Lumia 540 Dual SIM. This one is considered a side-grade to the buzzing Lumia 640 but for a few things and yes, the price; The Lumia 540 stays right below the former.
Microsoft has not detailed much about the device just yet but we know already that this smartphone is a 5-inch Windows Phone 8.1 device with HD Display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage and 8MP camera on the rear side. What’s more? As a Lumia 540 owner, you will be getting extra 15GB of OneDrive storage upon activation.

Microsoft Lumia 540 although similar to its big brother in the six-series, is quite a steal and a worthy successor to the Lumia 530 considering the $150 price-tag that Microsoft is pitching for it.
Consequently, Lumia 540 is expected to be on sale starting from May, 2015 in India, Africa, Asia & the Middle East. This device will come in Orange, Cyan, White and Black color variants.
