Google Pixel vs. Pixel XL: Comparing Google’s Flagship Smartphones

The Google Pixel and Pixel XL are very impressive smartphones. Released in October 2016, they were designed as Google’s flagship products and their first big entry into smartphone production.  While they both boast various cutting-edge features (including Android 7.1 Nougat and a 5.5-inch AMOLED touchscreens), there are a few differences between them, albeit unnoticeable. Here, we will take a more in-depth look at areas where the Google Pixel XL came out better and where it fell short of its ‘older brother’. Look further for key specs of both mobile phones:

With all these valuable data in the open, it’s quite clear that there aren’t many divides between these two awesome smartphones. However, they differ in terms of screen size, resolution and battery capacity, with the Pixel XL narrowly edging the Pixel in all categories. Nevertheless, these facts don’t diminish the Pixel in any way.

GOOGLE PIXEL & PIXEL XL PRICE IN NIGERIA

Both devices aren’t officially launched in Nigeria yet but the big bad wolves know how they do it. We’ve seen a few people use the Pixel on this soil which means, anyone could choose to import the devices from stores outside the country. However, pricing for Google Pixel as at the time of writing this post is about N250,000 to N350,000  while Google Pixel XL ranges from N370,000 to N450,000.
